We did in our other home but not in this one. Only had it done once because you could really see the dust on the air vents. It was time.
No, but once we had the carpet all pulled up I did take the vents up and run the shop vac down in them. YUCK!!!!!
Yes, well my landlord does a spring cleaning of the vents every year.

We haven't either. My vents are disgustingly dirty and when I dust, maybe 2 days go by and it looks like it needs to be done again. I had a guy come out and give me an estimate. $1700!!! He said he would take 40% off and it would only cost us $1068. Ummm no thanks. I had no idea it was that expensive.
I would shop around Missy. I do not remember what it cost when we had ours cleaned but it wasn't all that much.
No, we've never had it done either....
Dang..... it sounds like we should all move to Sweden and rent an apartment so we can get our ducts cleaned every six months for free like Hanna..... lol
Missy - that is crazy expensive.... sounds like it's a business we need to get into, doesn't it?
