What is your favorite cookie to eat?  Oatmeal Raisin

What is your favorite cookie to make/bake?  I'm with Tracy... do not enjoy baking.  But, if I have to make some, it's either peanut butter or some type of cheesecake or bar cookies.

What do you bake your cookies on?  Cookie sheet

What do you let your cookies cool on after baking?  I have 3 or 4 small cooling racks that I've collected over the years.

How do you store them after baking?  If I have a lot, I will put them in a large Rubbermaid round container (pictured below). It must be an old product because that is the only picture I could find of it... it has a beige lid to it and I got 2 of them at least 15 years ago to carry my coconut pies in when I had to take them places... there was enough room to put the pie with plenty of space around it, plus it was high enough to accommodate the mound of toasted merangue.

If there is only a small amount of cookies, I will use some tins with wax paper or tissue paper in them.

What is your favorite cookie to eat?

chocolate chip

What is your favorite cookie to make/bake?

it doesn't make me any difference as long as its not monster cookies.  that batter is ridiculous and it makes so much!

What do you bake your cookies on?

pampered chef cookie sheet.  those things are awesome!

What do you let your cookies cool on after baking?

Either a brown paper bag (used to do it when I was younger) or a baking rack.

How do you store them after baking?

If I freeze them I usually put them in a gallon size ziploc.  If they are staying out to eat, I put them in a rubbermaid container with a piece of bread in it.

keeps them soft.  DH's family always did it when they were growing up and he's rubbed off on me enough, that I started doing it.
