I cut my own hair. No, wait, that is a bad habit. I can't think of anything I do that is good, except eating a grapefruit most every day. And I arrive early at work every day. I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months. And I buy stock every month to put into my retirement account. I make principal payments on my home every 2-3 months (should be note free very soon). I am on a whole foods diet and the result of that is having almost NO trash. 1-2 walmart bags a week is it.

I do get enough or at least try to get enough sleep every night... and I do go to bed early and get up early. I do eat lots of veggies. I gave up Diet Coke a few years ago and mostly drink tea sweetened w/Splenda but I am backing off on the Splenda in the coffee I drink. I am trying to eat more nuts (pistachios mainly) instead of chips when I have a salty craving. I think I need to start thinking of more good habits to get into!
Hmmm.... this is hard.
I always eat vegetables and/or a fruit with lunch and supper and I have the kids trained to do the same. I drink a lot of milk.
I don't bite or pick at my fingernails.
I get enough sleep.
I generally exercise 3 times a week (lately it's more than that).
I use "ma'am" and "sir" frequently. Even to people younger than me.
I smile often, I bake to make people happy, I hug my friends on a regular basis and I make my husband feel loved.
