What's the menu for your Christmas meal?

I will call it my "holiday menu" since I usually have different combinations of the following for each holiday.

Turkey or roast beef
Cornbread dressing (if we have turkey)
Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
Broccoli Casserole
Macaroni & Cheese
Corn Casserole
Green Beans w/Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes (if we have turkey)
KFC Cole Slaw
Rolls & Butter

I am leaning towards the roast beef for Christmas... I can cook that in the crockpot and not take up oven space.  Also, I'm kinda turkey'd out... I had my own leftovers and then my cousin Sheryl gave me half of the turkey she made for my mom's side of the family's Thanksgiving dinner we had on the Saturday after Thanksgiving when my aunt & her friend were here from Cali. We had 2 turkey's there but only one was eaten.... and not all of that one either!

I always want to try new stuff for holiday meals but everyone always complains if I don't make their favorite so I usually end up adding to the menu instead of substituting so that list above continues to grow each year... lol.
