What dressings do you like?

What do you like for crunch?

What toppings do you like?

The girls and I are eating more salads, but I want variety.

I like lots of kinds of salads.

Dressings - in a world without health concerns, I would use blue cheese dressing on everything. Normally, I use a low fat balsamic vinaigrette or low fat honey mustard.

For crunch, I love sesame seeds, almonds, chinese noodles, pecans, crushed tortilla chips depending on the rest of the toppings.

Toppings vary depending on the kind of salad I'm making, but I love beets, raisins, cranberries, blue cheese, goat cheese, mandarin oranges, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, red onions, corn, black beans and I also like to add grilled chicken, grilled salmon or grilled steak - yum!

Susan - I like to make a theme salad - like southwest has grilled chicken, salsa, corn, black beans and an asian salad has mandarin oranges, chinese noodles, and sesame dressing. I don't eat a lot of salads in the winter though. That's great that the girls are eating them though!

What type of salad's do you like?

I like garden salads and caesar salads and pretty much any kind of salad:-)I don't like iceberg lettuce though so we always use a romaine spinach mix or just baby spinach

What dressings do you like?

French, caesar, Italian, Catalina, and Paul Newman makes this AMAZING spicy ranch type dressing for the southwest salads at Mcdonalds

What do you like for crunch?

Crutons! Or I like Chinese noodles, and tortilla strips as well. Love those crunchy bacon bits too but never really buy those.

What toppings do you like?

Cucumber, tomato, onion, egg, carrots sometimes, chicken.

try making your own croutons tracy. i cut up a few pieces of bread, mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic salt. 400* for 10 minutes. They won't break your teeth. The crunch is "mild".

So Tracy doesn't like it if it's too hard and Sandy uses nuts for crunch. The things you learn about people on a recipe board!!!!!!
