I saw this on Pintrest and thought I would share with all you smootie lovers.

drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, 1/2 orange. Blend well and enjoy! I love green smoothies!!! This will give you tons of energy!

It does taste different Susan.  I happen to love it.  It is thicker and creamier.

That's a great guide Cara!  I have used some of the suggestions on there but quite a few new ones I would like to try.  My biggest problem with them is if I use it for a meal replacement it does not fill me up.  I need something solid in my stomach.

I have never been a big smoothie drinker... I prefer to EAT my calories! But, if that will give me extra energy, I just might do it. I'll have to get the stuff when I get groceries this week.

Guss, I don't think the yogurt is necessary, but it does thicken it up some.

You can add some milk too Guss and it should be ok.  Maybe not as thick unless you had a banana.

Is the yogurt a necessity? I had a bad of mixed tropical fruit in the freezer, and I have milk and juice. Do you think if I used the fruit and some OJ it would turn out okay???

Snack. I have made them for breakfast before, but I usually don't have that much time in the morning. I don't have the greatest blender and sometime they take a little bit to mix up.
