Got plans for tonight?
I bought a lot of chicken breasts at the grocery yesterday. I still have one package in the fridge. I will do something with those. If the rain backs off I'll grill. If not, something with baked chicken. Sides? No clue yet.

I have a pork roast that will go in the oven about 3:30. Looking at potatoes of some sort and brown rice.
Yesterday before I went out I fixed up sour cream chicken enchiladas, ready to bake - I brought home leftovers and John ate them so today I baked em - Just pulled them out =)..
Turducken and veggies for us! will probably bake some fries to go with it!
Stopped at Aldi on my way home from church and bought some lean ground beef. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Tonight, tomorrow night, and for Amy and the kids tomorrow. Sometimes it is no more trouble to cook enough for six than it is to cook for one.
p.s. Amy does reimburse me some for minding the kid and the meals I bring. I would do it, anyway, though.
I am sure Amy appreciates all you do for her, Gaye....
I will probably just heat up some pizza rolls. I went in to work for over 5 hours to unpack some of the boxes. It wore me out so I am in no mood to cook tonight. Hubby & Ash are on their own tonight.
