Anyone have anything good planned?
The kids talked about potato soup yesterday. I am going to try to avoid that for the calorie content. Although I make it with skim milk and turkey bacon. I could use less cheese and probably make out okay.
My alternate plan is grilled fish.

I am making lasagna- and Molly just tex me and told me she fell walking into work so I will make a pan for her too..

Probably chicken or turkey meatloaf.
meatloaf, baked potatoes, brown rice, corn, and applesauce
The kids actually agreed on a meal so that's hard to say no to. We are having oven fried chicken, pan sauted broccoli, cauliflower, carrots mixed together, and some sort of starch. Probably brown rice.
Grilled mahi mahi, baked potato and green beans.
Molly said it did hurt, but I talked to her just a lil bit ago and she took some motrin and it felt better.
Lasagna done =)..
I made shephards pie with the leftover ground turkey taco meat, was so good!!!!
