What's cooking tonight?
I have a meatloaf prepped ready to go into the oven as well as homemade scalloped potatoes prepped. I used Greek yogurt in the sauce with a little nutmeg. I may have run a finger on the spoon to try it. Yummy!
Now, green beans, peas, or broccoli? That has yet to be decided.
