Sunday Supper

I made a cake for my co-worker's birthday that had cream cheese frosting. She raved and raved about that cake saying it was the best cake she'd ever tasted and wanted the recipe. So, I brought it the next day and when she seen that cream cheese was an ingredient in the frosting she told me it was gross and she would never make it because she hated cream cheese! I think that is ridiculous.... it's not like she ate a big hung of cream cheese by itself.... it's mixed with other things and she never even knew it was in there... especially since she kept saying how delicious it was. Anyway... needless to say, I never made her another cake for her birthday.

I made a big pot of vegetable soup Sunday with leftovers from the previous week... it was great!
