We are having marinated pork chops, supposed to have it last night, but went out... will have that with a salad, and a baguette from costco! yum yum!

I think I am going to make BBQ chicken, and a veggie. Maybe some rolls or a baked potato too. Its supposed to be nice enough to grill so we will see..

I found ribeyes for $5.99 a pound. Yay!

Renee ~ I bought a corned beef on Friday. I LOVE it!!!

I am thinking about heading to Wal-Mart and get some things for lunches this week and taking the boys to Pizza Hut or Dairy Queen for dinner. . . . .

We had a family memorial BBQ today. My brothers came over & one SIL, the other was sick. My nephew, his gf & their chunky little baby girl. Haylie Jade will be 3 mos on the 20th. Everyone got here about 1:00 & the last left about 8:00. We didn't eat dinner, started munching when everyone got here...chips, a hot cheese dip, deviled eggs, buffalo chicken tenders, jalapeño & chicken appetizers, followed by BBQ smoked pork, brats, hot links, creamed corn, beans, stuffed grilled tomatoes, potato salad. Once we had digested that there was blueberry cheesecake for dessert. Is it any wonder we didn't have dinner tonight?

we had chicken patties, tator tots, mac-n-cheese, and applesauce.

And, Tracy, the only onions were a few green onions in the grilled tomatoes...my brothers are like you & won't eat them.
