I am making pork ribs for the first time in years. They sort of initimidate me so, as much as I love them, I never cook them. I made a dry rub for them yesterday and they have sat in that overnight. I will cook them on 200 for about 2 hours then finish them off on the grill. Mac and Cheese, corn on the cob, and broccoli salad with them. Yum!
