Well, I was planning to do ham, but I forgot Lije is going to the Anthrax concert tonight at like 5:00, so I think well do that on Tuesday...not sure what tonight will be yet. We are going to eat a late lunch & may just have wings or something for dinner...

I made a huge crock of beef stew- took some out for Casey ...

Made a can of biscuits and I ate 4 - I am stuffed..

we had ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches on toast...and more toast!

It's ten to eight here and I have rice pilaf on the stove and am about to put fish cakes in the oven.

We had salad, brocolli rabe and a chicken/italian sausage dish I made.

We ended up going to Mary's house for football so on the way home we stopped by Wendy's for chili to pour over baked potatoes we had at home.

We had beef stew in the slow cooker last night! was yummy!!!!

We had a roast with potatoes & carrots. I baked it in the oven since it was Sunday and I was home. It was dry and tasteless. What a waste.
