What's shakin' bacon?
I put ribs in the crockpot this morning with a bottle of BBQ sauce. I'll make some type of potato, corn, applesauce, and salad.

Well I am thinking pork chops on the grill since I didn't make them last night. I am in panic grill mode. It starts to get dark so much earlier now that soon it will mean pulling out the grill light in order to see what I am doing. I hate that.
We had chicken satay.
I browned up that 3 lbs of ground beef last night but did not make any patties. I decided to make sauerkraut & polish sausage instead... I have been craving it. I put the ground beef in the freezer in 3 packages but forgot to lay any out this morning.
Not sure what we will do... I need to get groceries but I have been really tired today for some reason... i shouldn't be because I went to bed at 8:00 last night ... I got my 8 hours sleep and got up at 4:00 am with my hubby. I can't figure out why I've been so worn out the last few days.
Daisy if the ground beef is in plastic bags you can defrost it under hot water.
We did end up having grilled pork chops and they were delishish. Also had fresh stemed green beans with pesto.
A can of chicken tortilla soup. That's all.
Worked at the shelter. Came home and found Moe's face all swollen up again. My vet is closed on Thursday. The second-choice vet closes at noon Thursday. I found a vet that would see Moe and took him there. Nice, but frighteningly expensive!
And the plant hanger by the back door broke and the plant and broken pot were all over the back step.
Showered and changed clothes because I had theater ticket tonight. No time to cook anything....
