Anything good?
I'm getting my hair trimmed after work. I shouldn't be home much past 5:30, but I didn't want to have to deal with supper. I put ribs in the crock pot with a bottle of BBQ sauce and some root beer. Fingers crossed! We have some extra mashed potatoes I'll warm up along with corn and applesauce.

Tonight John is going over to visit his folks after work and have dinner with them. Webster will get his usual lamb/rice kibble and I'll have leftovers before going to the "Y". It's aqua zumba tonight and the temps with wind chlll will below zero when I get out. Hope I don't turn into this -
Tristan has a performance at the school board meeting tonight, so we are having a quick breakfast for dinner. Erick is making omelets.
I have to work overtime tonight. Off work at 4:00 and back by 6:00. The kids are eating at my parent's house. I will probably make a grilled cheese and a bowl of soup.
Leftover chicken from costco, oven fries, some gravy, and a few veggie sticks...( celery, baby carrots,bell pepper)
Italian sausage, tomatoes and kale with black (purple) rice. Using up stuff.
I made macaroni, ham and cheesse casserole to take to Amy and the boys tomorrow, along with some broccoli I will steam later. There was no school Monday, so I didn't do their meal Sunday evening.
Sandy, hope you cooled off before you went outside and froze into an ice sculpture.... if not, I hope you're thawed out by now... lol.

Cara, I love omelets but for some reason I never make them.... maybe because I think they're too difficult... having to fold over an egg and put stuff in it.... lol. I usually just take the easy way .... cook the eggs scrambled then add whatever fixins after they're done... I hate when I order an omelet (or scrambled for that matter) and the eggs are not cooked all the way... ugh! That's why when I order eggs, I always say "scrambled-dry!" Is there a trick to omelets?
My hubby had to work 2 hours over so me and the girls (and my grandbabies, of course) went to Venus.... Luke was a real pistol but Presley was as good as can be... I guess he hadn't had a nap at all and when he doesn't get a nap, he is a "devil child" as Amber puts it.... lol. I had a "coney with light sauce, light onion and extra heavy mustard" & "fries extra-well done, crispy & brown." My girls say I am high maintenance.... LOL
