What's cooking tonight?
I made a pork roast late last week and tonight is the leftovers as shredded BBQ pork sandwiches. I'm making homemade potato chips to go with them.

DD has softball practice until 6:00 and then she had to make a presentation for Literacy Night at her school at 6:40. I am going to brown hamburger while she is at practice, season it with some garlic and oregano. I'll then set it to simmer in spaghetti sauce. When we get home I'll boil some of that frozen cheese raviloi; that takes 5 minutes. So we'll have meat sauce over cheese ravioli with salads.
No idea!!!! I've gota dang head cold, headed to school for a meeting about Waylon. I'll worry about it when I get home!

We had hamburgers, fries and salad! well I had 1 bruger, Im saving points for popcorn later on tonight!
