What's cooking tonight?
I just laid out pork chops. If the weather allows, I'll grill them in Caribbean Jerk marinade. A sleet line found it's way into our forecast. Yuck. I don't grill in sleet. If it's sleeting I'll toss them in olive oil and pan saute them. I have fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. I plan on tossing those in olive oil with garlic salt and roasting them in the oven. Add brown rice. Now I'm hungry.

Dumping the soup idea and cleaning out the fridge of leftovers instead.
DH said something about cheeseburgers and french fries. Blah...I feel like we have that all the time. I'll try and think of something else today.
I need to go through and "inventory" my freezers and start getting them cleared out so we can clean and defrost them.
I think it will be vegetable beef soup. Need something to toss together for me and something that can stay warm. I'll be going to the "Y" tonight and John will probably not get home before I leave.
