What's cooking tonight?
Nothing here. DS is having a friend go home from school with him. His dad (my ex) is taking them to the gun range to shoot, then out to supper. They are on the same basketball team so from there they are going to their game.
DD has softball right after school and I pick her up at 8:00. Good thing they have lots of snacks in the field house. I'll pick her up a $5 Little Caesars pizza on the way home with her.
Jeff has his kids tonight. He usually takes them out to eat. I'll probably meet them out if I get out of work in enough time. He tends to eat crazy early for me. If I don't meet them, I'll reheat some of the leftover chicken and rice I have from last night.

Weather permitting I will go to the "Y" tonight for aqua zumba. If I go I'll have the leftover saphetti squash with turkey bolognese sauce. If we get the crap weather (rain chaning possibly over to slett etc.) I will work out at home and then make something else for just me.
Making creamy chicken enchiladas for Amy and the boys for tomorrow. I'll either taste test those or eat the butternut squash-kale lasagna I made yesterday.
Heading to the animal shelter. It is my regular volunteer day. Should be busy because they were closed for Presidents Day yesterday.
I have a doctor appt after work so DH is making Stouffer's French Bread Pizzas. Then when I get home we're going to pay and sign for the taxes and patiently wait for our money!
P and I spent the day out shopping together. We stopped for groceries and I picked up a frozen 4 cheese pizza and some salad fixings. :)

The enchiladas looked so pretty when I took them out of the oven, I just had to take a picture oif them. The recipe is from here "dolly_foxburr" 3/17/2004.
That does look magazine photo worthy, Gaye. Dolly is Traci. I miss her. Wish she, and a lot of other wayward Q&E souls, would come back.
