Got a plan yet?
I laid out butterfly pork chops. I plan on grilling them in Dale's marinade. We'll have that with Crash Hot Potatoes and some sort of green veggie.

Leftover chicken and salad
Here in about 2 weeks I won't have any supper excuses! I just ordered a 1/4 beef and 1/2 hog!
I put a pork roast in the crockpot this morning. We'll have either baby red potatoes or leftover mashed, rice, corn, and applesauce. I just took the last homemade one out of the freezer. :(
Well, it depends on how much time I have after we visit my mom. I think all of us girls & Luke will go up there tonight... me, Amber, Luke & Pres went last night and my mom really enjoyed them so tonight we'll take Ashleigh too since it's her early night. Either we will go sit down somewhere after we leave the hospital or we'll get something through a drive-thru... I sure will be glad when things get back to normal... but at this point, I feel like it's never going to happen!
I really need to make it a point to make a menu, buy the vittles and make time to cook it!
I think I'll make chicken quesadillas
Red beans and rice with Polish sausage and cole slaw.

Last night I made that stuffing with chicken recipe on the stove top box. Threw in a can of mixed veggies.
