I'll probably be cooking something with pasta.....I am thinking a white sauce with tuna & frozen peas.

Unless my girls want us to go out to eat.... it's Tuesday so they probably will...

Sounds good Tracy! Comfort food:)

I'm trying a new recipe - Orange Ginger Chicken from Taste of Home magazine. Over brown rice with a side of broccoli. And I think we will have some apple slices. Unless the girls had that for afternoon snack.

Tracy, I used to do that with ground beef... except I made my gravy with milk and used soy sauce to season (salt) it.

We ended up getting chicken salads from YaYa's... I got chicken caesar... it was yummy!

I finally cooked my ham! I mixed up a glaze with stoneground mustard, blood orange marmalade & brown sugar -- man, was it good!! I am not really a big ham fan, but it was on sale cheap & my guys love it. They will be having ham sandwiches tomorrow. I served leftover mac & cheese & green beans with almonds. It was yummy...thinking I'll have Levi make some rice pudding for dessert (packaged).
