Update on Tech Issues

I had asked about the tech issues in a thread and it must have been buried so I wanted to make sure you saw this. Over the weekend, there were no new updates on the help board. Going on 3 months now, there has to be some type of update. I believe we're past the "please bear with us" point. So, any news on what to expect??

Hi Nattlesmom, Jess has been posting updates on the help board whenever there is something concrete to report. I know it's not as often as you would like, but they are continually working behind the scenes to try and resolve all the issues. I think there might be some more news in the next fews days. I know it's a lot to ask to please still bear with us, but we hope that you will, and really appreciate that you've stuck with us so far.
