Sandy, we were able to get Baylie an iphone free and one for me for $30. I was in need of a new phone since my blackberry is on it's last leg,so we went ahead and got it while we could for that price. Now for the ipad, Ray went a little crazy this year.

Ha Ha, Sandy..... you're a card!

Missy, I was thinking the same thing... you must have been a VERY good girl!  LOL

Santa was good to me too....

I got a Food Network enamel covered cast iron dutch oven in lime green, 2 Amazon gift cards, 2 JoAnne Fabric gift cards, a set of ceramic hot curlers, a set of Pyrex glass serving and storing dishes & bowls w/lids and a jacket/cape deal that I was admiring at Cracker Barrel last time we were there.

I was so happy to see that thing... I do not wear a big winter coat because I feel claustrophobic in them so normally I only wear a fleece jacket all winter.  But, this is open on both sides of the arm areas so I won't feel claustrophobic at all!  I have nightmares about being stuck in a coat and not being able to get it off.  Weird, I know....

You did pretty good there yourself Daisy!  Love the cape.

Susan didn't do to bad either.  A sewing machine - nice!

Renee did you get your feet "done" yesterday?

Daisy, I saw those capes at Cracker Barrel and thought they were cute! I don't like big, puffy, hot coats either. It looks like everyone was good this year. Lots of good stuff.

We saw Parental Guidance yesterday. Good, clean movie for kids. We all liked it. We came home and bought a movie on comcast. Trouble With the Curve with Clint Eastwood and Amy Adams. Excellent movie. Have you seen it Tracy? It's about baseball scouting.

Nope, but I know I would like it, Missy.   I still need to see Moneyball.   I got the book and wanted to read it first.   It drags, hard, in places so I keep putting it down and read something else.

I still think I may make it to Nashville sometime soon.   My friend didn't want us to visit over Christmas.   Her FIL is super sick with lukemia and it is looking bleak.   Said her hubby wouldn't want company at all.   Understood.   She owns the hair salon called Hue at Sola Salon if you have heard of it, Missy.  Another of my old swim friends lives there too.   She is one of the managers for some restaurant called Mid Town Cafe.  Heard of it?   Jeff and I will make it there some time.
