Wednesday Dinner

Gus - I vowed my kids wouldnt be picky either. Guess what? Picky. Emma used to be just like Evey. She ate everything including a variety of ethnic cuisines, my chili, tacos, etc. That changed around two and a half and she is better than a lot of kids, but she got pretty picky for a kid who used to eat everything. Lena is extremely picky. And what she will eat changes from one day to the next. I tried. Really, I did. But I ended up a mom of picky eaters anyway. I had to take back all the things I used to mutter about parenting styles of my sister and sister in law and how I would never let my kids be such picky eaters.

The one good thing is that my kids eat fruits and veggies. They are picky in other ways. So at least they are getting good nutrition, but it drives me batty!
