I am doing something with boneless skinless chicken breasts. Grill them in fat-free Italian dressing? Skillet sauted in a vinegar and oil marinade? We shall see. The kids are sick omy my eating healthier and all but begged for "Crunchy Potatoes" (Crash Hot Potatoes). I'll make them for them, We'll do salads too.
Steak and seafood. But plans may be on hold. Just got a message from John and he said he isn't feeling too good right now. Sounds like he might have caught the stomach bug going around. We shall see later today how he is feeling.
Happy birthday, John! A stomach bug is NOT what he needs for his birthday!
Dinner for me will be a chicken salad sandwich on the run. Picking up the grandkid after school and keeping him until his Mom gets hom. Hope I will have time to run home and feed my animals and let the dogs out, then running to the animal shelter for a mandatory bite prevention class at 6:30, which lasts until after choir practice begins, so I will be late for that, and I won't get home until 8:45 or 9.
My kid is 30 minutes North of where I live, and the animal shelter is 30 minutes Southeast of where I live. I'll be all over the freaking Metroplex today.
P was feeling better and went to his rental house at work to pick up a few things. Just got a text from him asking if we wanted Kyntucky fried Chicken for dinner. Of course, anytime I don't have to cook is a plus for me!!!

I love KY Fried Chicken. I don't eat it often though. Shelly, with P around maybe you will get to start really cooking again.
Happy Birthday to John! It's my sister's birthday today too. Hope he is feeling better and it was just a temporary thing.
Tonight is the crazy dance schedule night. It will probably be grilled cheese and soup.
