When we come in for lunch DS and I are going to bike to the fishmonger.
I am going to make some Tortollini and garlic bread with a side salad.
Hot dogs with fried bacon and onions!! dont worry I will be cooking the crap out of the hot dogs, so I can eat them, and same with the bacon and draining the fat!

O.M.G. It was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. Enough fat and sugar to take a month off our lives, but totally worth it!

Mel, I think the problem with eating hot dogs (for pregnant women) is the Nitrates.... not sure about Canadian hot dogs but ours are already cooked and we basically just grill them to heat them up and get some grill marks.
I am sure I ate plenty of hot dogs when I was pregnant with them but Amber would only eat a hot dog about every month or so when she was pregnant because of what she read about the Nitrates in them.
I thought it was because of the risk of listeria in hot dogs/deli meats/salads......
On a happy note I did NOT get sick in the middle of the night from the bacon! so it had to be the orange soda! wont be having that again anytime soon! LOL
