Tristan is cooking tonight... think we might finally have that pasta with browned butter and myzithra - he has been on the schedule for that for weeks, and for whatever reason, we have not actually had it yet.

I have a big steak laid out in the fridge to thaw. I'll make it and maybe some mashed potatoes for dinner before we go to the doctor's office.

Tracy ~ I just have to share this tip that a friend of mine gave to another friend about packing for her trip to Disney. I think it is just a wonderful idea if you are going to be gone for any amount of time.
