Wednesday Supper?

Tracy, potatoes are funny in a crockpot... I might switch it to high when you get home and add a little water if there isn't much in. It's not going to hurt the roast at all... it will only make it more tender.

I am not sure.... I am supposed to watch the babies a couple hours tonight. Amber has 2 hours to make up at work because she couldn't return until she was cleared by the hospital doctor and she didn't see him until 8:15 Monday... so she didn't start until almost 9:00 am. Luckily, they will let her make up the time instead of just docking her 2 hours. She wants us to drive to her MIL, get the kids, go to my house, drop us 3 off and her drive my car back up here to the hospital and work her 2 hours, come to my house, pick up the kids and then have me or her dad take the 3 of them back home... lol. Sounds like a lot of trouble for 2 lousy hours.... but that's the way she wants to do it.... heck, I'd just come in 2 hours early if I were her... or work through lunch 2 days. Oh well... Back to the subject... I may just fix a sandwich and have hubby pick up something on his way home from work.

Dinner at church tonight is spaghetti, with garlic bread, salad & dessert...who knows what else may be served up, too.
