Got a plan yet?

I am meeting some of my old high school friends out tonight.   It's just us girls as Jeff has a meeting to go to and all of their hubbys or boyfriends are busy too.   I think there are 4 of us meeting.   We are going to a Mexican place.   I can't wait.   I love Mexican food, beer, and girl talk.

Yes that was the recipe I used.  I had the Meijer off brand and they worked fine.  Yes I had them frozen in advance.  Only about an hour or so.  Next time I will definately make more.

Did you use the mozz recipe from SkinnyTaste.com, too? I was thinking of trying those, too. Did you use the specific brand of string cheese she recommended? Now I want them... wish I had picked up some cheese at the store this week. Although, if I remember right, they are supposed to be frozen for awhile before you make them, right? On my list!

the skinny chicken nuggets and skinny mozz sticks were a HUGE hit. Both make again items for sure. I used 3 chicken breasts and my cookie sheet was stuffed full. AND THEY WERE ALL GONE! I didn't make too many mozz sticks, but the sauce and plate was "licked" clean. We also had applesauce and grapes.

We had chicken burgers again lol. I had salad, and DH had some salad and fries....

I have had a few tuna sandwich lunch days lately.   I love them.   I am different though as I don't like tuna the next day.   Not at all.   I mix it up and eat right then.   Anything leftover goes to the cats as I will never touch it again.   I think it's gross if it sits.   I get the small cans because of that.

But we had to go to the funeral home and I had Dominic so I just threw a frozen pizza in

For some reason tuna sandwiches have been sounding really good to me.... and I have plenty of tuna and I just bought a new loaf of bread Monday so I am good.... wish I had thought to make it up this morning though... it's always better the next day (or at least a few hours later). Will probably have some green beans and some tortilla chips for crunch.

Pork tenderloin.  Not sure on the sides but one will be salad.

Oh I just found a skinny baked mozz sticks recipe...may switch that out for the fries and rice.
