We are having spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, and peas. No DH - he will be dining somewhere nice in Rittenhouse Square if the guys from the precast plant don't suggest something else. I'm sure whatever he has it will be more exciting than spaghetti and meatballs:)

I am going to stop at the grocery on the way home and pick up some BLSL chicken breast and bread it and bake it and make some mashed potatoes, gravey and rolls. Sounds YUMMY!
Pork roast, rice & a veggie...I'm think green beans with bacon & onions, but maybe peas with mushrooms, it all depends on what I feel like later.
Just me tonight and it will be something quick before I head to the "Y".
I'll probably pick up Subway.
Ribs in the crockpot with rice and green beans.
You are right Tracy you can eat pretty healthy at Subway.
