Any other Honey Boo Boo watchers out there?   They made "sketti" on this week's episode.   The mom's "special sauce" is butter and ketchup.

It looked vile.   If someone melted butter and ketchup together, mixed it up and served it over pasta, would you eat it?

My body shutters at the thought.   I think no way.

Nope, nothing else.   Just butter and ketchup.   And to clarify, it's not real butter.   Just a big blob from the Country Crock.   And they were eating it out of old butter tubs.   No one sat at the table.   They were scattered around the house eating on the couch, chairs, etc.  I guess that might be okay since in an episode a few weeks ago the pet pig pooped on the table.

Oh wait no I think her Dad got it for her. She was afraid her mom was going to eat it because she eats everything.

Her dad got it for her because she felt bad for losing a pageant. They named it Glitzy. They gave it back to the pig breeder after a few weeks saying he was too high maintenance.

I don't think butter and/or cheese on pasta is weird or gross at all.   I like buttered noodles.   It's the combo of butter and ketchup that sends me reeling.

Pasta and tomato soup?   I do make a casserole that has browned hamburger, noodles, tomato soup, and cheese.   I doctor it up too with chili powder and garlic.    I think I'd pass on just tomato soup with the noodles.

Wow... I think I'd have given the pig back when it pooped on the table... not waited to see if it was too much trouble. Too funny on the girl thinking her momma was gonna eat Glitzy! LOL

How could they tell the pig wasn't another family member?

Tracy, I make the same skillet casserole; my mock hamburger helper.  Brown beef and onions, add celery and bell pepper if you got 'em, cumin, chili powder, some ketchup, water, box of mac & cheese (just stir the cheese sauce mix in) cover and simmer until the mac is done.  Better than my mom's HH from the box!
