Cheesy Potato Casserole

1 1/2. t. flour
1 t. salt
pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce, 2-4 drops depending on taste
1 c. milk
4 medium potatoes, peeled
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350°.  Grease an 8" square baking dish.  Put flour, salt, pepper, Tabasco, and milk in a blender.  Process until completely blended.  Pour into large bowl.  Grate potatoes and cheese into mixture.  Pour into greased pan.  Bake one hour or until golden on top.
