Incredible Kale Salad

Don't dismiss this. I wasn't a kale lover, either, until I ate it raw. I made half this recipe (three servings) and ate it ALL for dinner last night. I added half a package of crushed ramen noodles (just the noodles) and tossed just befoire serving.
i tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon oriental chili garlic sauce
Whisk all the above in a large bowl
ADD
4 cups torn kale (discard tough stems)
2 cups torn savoy cabbage (I used Bok Choy, minus the stems)
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
TOSS
Let stand 10 minutes before serving
You can add one package of broken up ramen noodles and tosss again. Adds a nice crunch.
