Is there some fatigue involved with Arthritis? I thought maybe I had Fibro but am beginning to wonder if maybe it isn't Arthritis. How do you deal with constant fatigue along with your pain?
I have RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) and also OA (Osteoarthritis).
Pain and Fatigue are usually associated with RA.
I hope these Links help...:)

Hi! Nightangel (Lorie) is right. Fatigue is a very big symptom of rheumatoid arthritis. Of course, resting and de-stressing can help the fatigue but the best thing is to get proper treatment for the condition. Have you been tested for RA yet? If not, my first step would be to get a firm diagnosis, normally by seeing a rheumatologist but any doctor can run the blood tests and then refer you. Once you're taking the right meds for RA, the fatigue should ease up. However, fatigue is always a part of RA and you'll need to decide what things you want to expend your energy on and what can be put off for another day.
I hope you'll let us know how you're doing!
