OK, been on this for about a month and see doctor in 2 months.
I don't think so unless after you have tried what you layed out and you don't get better, then I think you should talk to your doctor. Probably you can wait until your appointment in two months. Jmho!!
When do your think you will be able to start your pot garden? Around here we are still having frost in the morning so I can't plant anything either and then in the newspaper it said it is too late to plant peas for a spring crop. That really bummed me out. I did plant a crop in the fall and then we got a warm spell and they bloomed and set on peas and then the birds ate all the leaves off the plants and I was left with basically nothing!
Depression is so common in diabetics, and while there is no reason to suffer with it, I think if we just get busy and start doing interesting things that we can lift this cloud. But if the cloud doesn't lift please make sure you talk to your doctor. Unfortunately depressions meds for the most part have weight gain as their side effect and that is something I am sure you aren't interested in.
Hope you had a good Easter.
I know it sound weird but the one antidepressant/chronic pain reliever amityptilene(i know can never remember spelling)
