Summer's here in South TX, as evidenced by the fact that it's been 100!! degrees for the last few days, OMG.  It's HOT, humid, and the air is heavy with pollen.  I know many of us have it much worse in the summer, with the heat and humidity.  What, if anything, have you found that helps combat the high temps?

I know right now, I'm HURTING. I've been exercising, eating lots of fruits and veggies, and trying to stay inside until it cools off a little, because the heat makes me feel sick after a short time; my head starts pounding, my back and neck spasm like crazy, and I get really sick on my stomach. And that's just from sitting outside on the porch before it cools off for the day. I'm going to try spending more time at the beach this summer, in the late afternoon, to see if the balmy, salty, pollen-free air and water will help me feel better, as my doc thinks it will.
