I think I am suffering from chronic fatique but my doc doesn't seem to understand. How did you get your doc to understand you aren't just tired because you didn't get a good nights sleep last night?

Have you been diagnosed with it in the past? If so, I would get my files from the doctor who diagnosed it in the first place to show the new doctor. When my doctor diagnosed me with it, she basically said they had tested for everything else, and the constant tiredness basically made it chronic fatigue. There were not true tests for it, it was basically a default diagnosis once everything else was ruled out. Now other doctors may have a different definition, I can't say. I was told to keep resting as much as possible and keep stress levels low. I will say that I was finally actually diagnosed 18 months later with something else that was causing most of my issues. You may also want to investigate Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome, there is a great book on amazon about it called "Adrenal Fatigue, the 21st Century Stress Syndrome". Once I read that book and began working the program in it, I felt a ton better.
