Very hot, humid air causes me to drip with sweat. I also don't like stifling heat, which sometimes makes breathing a bit difficult.

Cool weather makes me feel best. I love to breathe in crisp, cool air.

I sweat and overheat in hot humid weather. And I can never seem to get warm in icy snowy weather. Which makes living here a misery 11 months out of the year!

I really really like crisp clean autumn weather or balmy breezy sepring weather. The former is invigorating and the latter is ennervating! LOL And both last about a week here!

Sometimes, particularly if it's been cloudy for a long period of time I get a little depressed.

Yes, the weather does affect my physical well-being. When it's very hot (anything above 35C/95F triggers migraines. I don't mind humidity. Summers in Europe are difficult for me.

I like cool to cold temperatures. They really suit me best.

It sure does. When it's rainy or the weather changes a lot in a short period of time I tend to have a lot of sinus headaches (I get them a lot too when it's especially humid).

Sunshine & warm temps make me feel the best physically as well as emotionally.

Physically I don't feel very affected when the weather changes, but emotionally I feel best in warm weather.
