Looking for ideas for chronic pretty much daily moderate tension (not migraine) headaches.
I have tried a neurologist, physical therapy, chiropractor, and am just starting a traditional medicine that is supposed to act as a preventative.
Anyone ever had this? Ideas for treating?

Hi Kristy and welcome! Boy can I sympathize this week. I'm having problems with my glasses and it is causing me tension headaches.

iVillage Health has some great natural remedies for migraine pain so maybe something here might work for you too:

I would suggest acupressure, meditation, yoga, and hypnotherapy for tension headaches or migraines. I've used them all successfully (I found that a combined effort worked best for me) and now I don't get severe headaches several times a week, but maybe once or twice a year. In general I can sense when one is coming or when my stress levels are getting out of control and could trigger one, so I know to step it up with any of the above alternative treatments.
