I love to walk, run on the treadmill, swim and hike.

I also love to walk, run, jog, and I do yoga. It's all VERY important to me, along with eating healthy. But I just have such a hard time finding the time to fit it in! I know thats no excuse, but I work fulltime, have another part time job, am helping my daughter plan a wedding, am repainting my whole interior of my house....yadda yadda yadda.....I need motivation!

Exercise is very important to me and I try to get in at least 5 days a week. I do various things such as walk, lift weights, etc.

Hi Karla

Good for you, cross training is the best, I bet it helps you from getting bored or being stuck in a rut

Yes-it does keep me from getting stuck in a rut. When ever I start feeling unmotivated I try something different. Recently I started Yoga classes to shake up my workouts a bit and I'm loving it.
