According to recent Health Day News:

Three out of every four U.S. health-care workers use some form of complementary or alternative medicine or practice to help stay healthy, a new report shows.

What's more, doctors, nurses and their assistants, health technicians, and healthcare administrators were actually more likely than the general public to use any number of wide-ranging alternative medicine options, including massage, yoga, acupuncture, Pilates or herbal medicines. I do not have a regular physician, but if I did I would definitely want one that is not only open to complementary medicine but utilizes it herself.

Well right now I dont' really have a family doctor, so I would say no. And my specialist for my colitis is a pretty stick to the basics kind of guy. But I believe that having a host of alternative and traditional practitioners available gives us the best opportunity for overall health and well-being.

My doctor totally believes in natural alternatives because he is a natural-path. This is the very reason I go to him. Mother nature gave us everything we need, and she is who provided for us until the big drug companies sprouted up! And it is about time that the rest of the medical profession recognizes the power of mother nature.

I believe the same holds true for cleaning products, that is why I use products that have ingredients in them that mother nature gave us, like vinegar and citric acid. Why bring man-made chemicals in the house to deplete your health, and then end up at the doctor’s office for them to prescribe man-made drug alternatives!
