I especially like the message about mindful exercise. Many of us try to make exercise more pleasant by thinking of something else while we do it, but paying attention too how your body moves and feels is really important.

LOL, Becky! I found the mindful exercise part most engaging too.

My daughter informed me a couple of years ago that not everyone was as interested in my exercise regimen as I was. Needless to say, I was shocked by the revelation!
