SORE BREASTS I am very worried
Sat, 08-25-2012 - 10:10pm

Hi everyone, I am new here and obviously very worried. I am 17 years old and my breasts have been very sore for 2 months now along with other symptoms. I haven't had my period for maybe 4 or 5 months. I am tired constantly. I get really weak sometimes, and then there are moments when I feel nauseated and I have pain in my lower back. My stomach feels weird sometimes and when I use the restroom I pee blood. Please someone help me. I am so scared to tell my mom because the last time I had sex was maybe a few weeks ago and I don't want her jumping to conclusions. Please help.

If you don't want to talk to your mom about your symptoms I would advise you to schedule an appointment with your regular doctor or if you need to, seek out a planned parenthood. Sore breasts could be as simple as hormone fluctuations and growth, but the other symptoms are definitely something that needs to be checked out. Have you taken a home pregnancy test?

HI Silver,

Anytime you pass blood in your urine you need medical attention. Please discuss this with your parents or some other adult in your life and get help asap.

Welcome, Silvermist. I agree that you need to see a doctor about this. Ideally, I hope you will be able to talk to your mom and go to your usual doctor, but if you can't, Planned Parenthood or a community women's clinic are good options. Best of luck.

I am a 36 DD.  Please, please, please, cut DOWN on your caffeine.  My breasts were soo sore I have to sleep in a bra.  After I cut down on caffeine, It was 85 - 90% bettter.

Also, you are young.  You are by no means finished "growing' or developing so that may have something to do with it also.  hope this helps.
