Extreme hip and leg pain/dismissive doctor

Hopefully I can get some help. I was in the ER yesterday for extreme pelvic pain, nausea, and shooting pains down my hips to my feet. I made the "mistake" of telling the ER doctor that I was also bleeding (two weeks after my period ended). This doctor (who was arrogant and dismissive from the get-go) said that pain with menstruation is normal. I explained that I shouldn't be bleeding right now and he said I probably need a different birth control.

He asked what I "wanted from him" and I asked for some sort of testing, like an ultrasound or pelvic exam. He said that he couldn't do an ultrasound because the technicians were gone for the night and said he didn't "see the point" of a pelvic exam. When I said I suspected ovarian cysts he said that everyone has ovarian cysts and that if that's the problem he can't do anything about it anyway. After all this he only offered something for the pain, which was a shot of something that didn't work and then two percocets. He wrote me a prescription for percocets and sent me on my merry way.

The percocets helped with the pain but I woke up this morning with the same severe hip and leg pain and I'm extremely worried. I plan on going back to the ER tomorrow but I'm afraid of being dismissed again.

Any sort of help or suggestions for what this might be would be amazing. I'm at my wits end.

Thanks so much.
