I don't know anything about teeth whitening so i would like an advice from someone that has tried teeth whitening before.
i have been told that there are three ways to get whitening.
1- Dental offices (but very expensive )
2 dental hygienist (fair price)
3 mall kiosks cheap (not sure about quality and safety)

As everyone else would do i compared the prices and the quality between dental offices and dental hygiene offices.

Dental office $min $450 plus at home teeth whitening kit, Dental hygiene office $180 for 45 minutes professional treatment plus at home teeth whitening kit, mall kiosk $99 ...

which one should i go with?

Welcome to the Women's Health board, masonspy!

I don't personal experience with the various teeth whitening options, so I did a little research online and found the following fact sheet published by the American Dental Hygienists' Association. I hope it is helpful in choosing the method that is best for you.

Best of luck.

I wish I could offer you advice, but I've only ever done the OTC teeth whiteners that you can pick up at the store. They work, but I'm sure it's not as well as a professional whitening.
