movement under right rib?

I hope this is the correct health board to post my concerns on.

Let me try to make a long story short.  About 2 years ago or so, I started having the movement type feeling on my right side below my ribs.  Have had some other health problems in the past few years, so have been sent to several types of doctors for tests.  I have a list of symptoms, but still no real diagnosis.  Just ashma and hypothyroidism.

So, told doctors about this strange movement feeling I have and got all sorts of odd looks and was told it is gas.  Also told it is because I am somewhat overweight and it would go away if I lost 20 lbs.  I have lost 20 lbs. and this past week, it has been worse.  Now my ribs actually hurt!!  I have had CT scans and ultrasounds in abdominal area the past few years and told there was a tiny stone on my kidney, but dr. believed it would disolve in time.

I have researched the internet and found many health board of people posting the same exact rib movement, but was not able to find a answer other then possibly my rib cage being out of alignment.  Went to the dr. yesterday, he asked me where exactly is the area I feel movement and then he put his fingertip there and said he could feel something there too.  He said that is my bowel?  He gave me a shot in that area, too see if the movement stopped when it is numbed.  I don't remember what the shot was called.  But, movement continued and he said then that it is not anything with nerves or muscles, and is sending me for yet another CT scan!!  This time, the are going to do it with contrast and he said also they are putting something in my blood to see what might be going on.

I am desperate for some answers.  I know we all are not doctors, I just want some ideas or opinions or any thoughts.  Anyone ever heard of anything like this?  What is the reason for putting something in my blood, I don't understand.

Your imput would be very much appreciated and thank you for taking the time to read this post.
