I have been sick for over a month now with random things. It started with a stomach virus that lasted 2 weeks, then TMJ flare up couldn't eat for a week, then numbness in my leg and  lower back pain still going on but feeling is coming back its more pins and needles now.

And lastnight fever and cough. I took sinus meds since weather was changing here and it was sinus headache and drainage type feeling.

I have been severely depressed for a while and this last 2 months have been really stressful. With that being said today I got up and noticed a tightness in my chest, shortness of breath, stabbing pain between shoulder blades, pain ran from left side of my neck down my left arm. I took aspirin and my anxiety meds and it seems to have decreased some of the problem but I my husband noticed my lips where pale earlier but then less than 15 min later it was back to normal.

I am tired of feeling like I am falling  apart.  I do not have insurance so no I can't just go to the doctor since I don't have money or a job it is enough stress on every day items much less paying outrageous hospital bill. I am looking for local low cost clinic and as soon as I can will get into one. I need to know what to look for if this gets worse that I do have to go to ER.

I am 30 years old, over weight but have lost 30 lbs in the last 4 months, don't salt anything, try to eat grilled not fried, and allergic to sulfa, vanilla, red dye, and cinnamon

I went to the doctor this week and was told I have high blood pressure and now take daily meds for that, I have bulged disk in low back, and dealing with depression and stress by seeing a counselor.

Disability hearing is in Oct so hopefully all will work out and I can decrease some stress soon.

Please be sure to request a complete blood workup if one hasn't been done already. Even seemingly unrelated things, such as deficiencies of certain vitamins and minerals, can cause the exact same symptoms as other ailments, including depresssion.

Best of luck with everything.
