Has it been found in your area? It was recently found in mosquitos in my town though no reports of cases in humans yet. And I saw on the news that Texas was going to spray for it. Are you at all concerned about it?

We are down the road in Austin, luckily there is a big bat poulation that definitely helps cut down on mosquitoes in general. I personally am not overly worried about it since the family in general is very healthy. We also don't tend to be out much after dusk, but make sure to take precautions when we are. I think if we still lived up in Michigan where there always seemed to be more standing water and more mosquitos I'd be a little more concerned.

Normally, I'd be a bit more concerned but since we've had such a small amount of rain this summer, we don't seem to have much of a mosquito problem. And, it's been so darn hot, even at night, that we aren't outside that much.
