Most people in America are sadly less young-at-heart than they think. Take this heart age quiz and find out exactly how old your ticker is. Then take the necessary steps to reverse whatever awful things you've done to it through the year: What is your heart age?

Your results?

Good morning.  Yikes, I took this test. It says my heart is 9 years older than my biological age. At 58 I find that a bit scary. Going to work at changing it around.

It said my risk factor is close to 12% for a heart attack in ten years.

My heart age is 67...

Wow!

Smile Hi Lori. I must have missed something. I didn't see anything that stated risk factor for heart attack. I'll have to go back and look again. Maybe I didn't read far enough. Just saw my Cardio. He said i'm in good shape. I have to have an EKG and Cardio in 5 weeks because I told him I was walking in the hills with a friend and got pretty winded. I need to lose weight, but it is so hard. Been thinking about checking into Medi-fast and see how that is.

Take care of yourself, Rhonda
