I don't know if this will work. I just got a "you are not authorized to post comments" thing in red, before this came up.
My SIL volunteered to do Thanksgiving. Yay! I'll make something to bring. My daughter has the whole next week off. She's 8 and she is reeeeally excited about decorating for Christmas. So we will be getting the house ready to decorate, then decorate. I have most of the Christams shopping done. I do need to wrap things and get some stocking stuffers. I have to get it all done before she has winter break, because she is always with me when she's not in school.
My pain levels are up I think because of the weather change. It seems like any time a new storm moves in or out, everything flairs up. I think it has to do with the pressure change. We are looking forward to four days of rain, which makes it harder and more unpleasant to go for walks. I have found that walking a little everyday, even though it hurts, keeps me from getting all stiffened up and in spasm. I wish that there were excercise videos designed for people with disabilities. I have found a yoga one on Netflix -Healing Yoga for Aches and Pains. But all the other videos have 20 somethings hopping around, bouncing, twisting and bending. Sigh.....those were the good old days.
The weather change is affecting me too. This damp seems to just soak right into me and I feel rusty and stiff when I move. I am trying to walk more but it is do exhausting.
I am having trouble getting excited about the holidays. How about you?
