Whatever you do...
from a simple walk,
taking stairs instead of using an elevator,
parking farther in a parking lot than usual...
or even going to the gym,
doing P90X,
Pilates,
Tai Chi,
WHATEVER.
DO it then POST it.

2/28- Feel better today. Woke early and did 20 minutes of Winsor Pilates On The Go Pilates with accelerator band plus 20 minutes of Walk Away The Pounds Muscle Mile while holding 2 lb weights
3/1- 20 min Winsor Pilates Boot Camp Express

Ok, I have somehow managed to get on the treadmill a couple of times this week, except that the treadmill hurts my knees and ankles.
